NELiX TransaX QuickBooks module keeps getting better!

QuickBooks is a widely used accounting software package - possibly THE most widely used. Several months ago, NELiX TransaX provided new options for processing credit card and ACH (e-check/EFT) transactions from within QuickBooks. Shortly thereafter, we added a batch processing feature to the module, making it even more powerful.

Now, we have enhanced the batch processing capabilities even further, with three new features:

1. Batch reports are now available. Users can view the batch, totals, or open up the report in Excel for further manipulation and printing.
2. Users now have the ability to specify a specific asset account to attach the transactions to.
3. The batch processing unattended mode has been improved. Users can now specify whether to charge all customers, or only customers with a preferred payment method of credit card. Users can specify an asset account to attach transactions if desired.
